Color Tour Number 2 - Mesick Loop

Approximately 63 Miles

Head W on M-55 to 25 Rd. Take 25 Rd to Boon Road/34 Rd. Turn W on Boon Rd, thru Boon & Harrietta, to M-37 N, to M-115 in Mesick.

Option 1– Drive NW on M-115 to 9 Rd and into Glengary (may be rough in wet conditions) and back onto 16 Rd to 15 Rd.

Option 2– Drive SE on M-115 and N onto 15 Rd, E onto 16 ½ Rd to 19 Rd, leading you thru colorful Meauwataka and back to Cadillac.

Attractions:

Sit along the Lake Mitchell Day Use Park.
Take in some history, turn L onto 25 Rd, approx. 100 ft is a CC Camp historical marker and remains.
MDNR Harrietta Fish Hatcheryand visitors center (open week days only in fall).
From m-37, head W on 26 Rd to O’Rourke Dr/ Hodenpyle Dam Rd and stroll down to the Waterfall, then continue N on M-37 to M-115 in Mesick.
Just shy of Mesick on M-37 stop at the Scott Wheeler Roadside Park, great view!
Just north of Meauwataka Store on 29 ¼ Rd visit the Hudson Farm to see the animals & Llama wool items.
